Claiming CME Credits and CertificatesParticipants who want to receive a CME certificate must complete the online congress evaluation form. Click here to enter the program evaluation survey and/or claim your CME certificate. Please note that the system does NOT generate an e-mail confirmation. When you successfully complete the evaluation, you automatically will be re-directed to the World Congress CME webpage. If you are uncertain whether or not you have successfully completed the survey, please write to the CME administrator at msmontreal@nmss.org who can confirm whether or not your name and CME hours have been recorded.
A PDF of the certificate will be e-mailed within five business days to those participants who complete the evaluation form. Please plan to claim your certificate by October 31, 2008. If you have questions, please write to the CME administrator at msmontreal@nmss.org. Thank you.

CME AccreditationThe World Congress on Treatment and Research in Multiple Sclerosis, the first joint meeting of ACTRIMS, ECTRIMS and LACTRIMS, is accredited by the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME) to provide the following CME activity for medical specialists. The EACCME is an institution of the European Union of Medical Specialists (UEMS), www.uems.net. The World Congress on Treatment and Research in Multiple Sclerosis, the first joint meeting of ACTRIMS, ECTRIMS and LACTRIMS, is designated for a maximum of, or up to 21, European CME credits (ECMEC’s). Each medical specialist should claim only those credits that he/she actually spent in the educational activity. Participants may claim credit for the official World Congress on Treatment and Research in Multiple Sclerosis, which includes the teaching courses and scientific program only. This does not include satellite symposia or sponsored satellite symposia. ECMEC’s are recognized by the American Medical Association towards the Physician’s Recognition Award (PRA). To convert ECMEC’s credit to AMA PRA category I credit, please contact the AMA (www.ama-assn.org).
