Speaker Information

To avoid onsite technical difficulties, we recommend that all presenters upload their presentations prior to the World Congress through the advance submission site. Information on how to do this is included in the Guidelines below.

Otherwise, please report to the Speaker Preparation Room, Room 523, with an electronic copy of your PowerPoint presentation, well in advance of your session, preferably 24 hours in advance. A technician will be on hand to verify that your presentation runs as expected on the server. No last-minute changes can be accepted after this.

All presenters must stop by the Speaker Preparation Room well in advance of their session, preferably 24 hours in advance, so that we know you have arrived in Montreal.

Presenter laptops are not allowed for presentations.
