Cancellations/Refunds

25% of registration fees will be deducted from the refund to cover administrative expenses.

No refund requests will be accepted after August 18, 2008.

Refund requests must be sent in writing to the congress secretariat at registration@msmontreal.org


No-shows will not receive a refund.
No refunds will be processed for amounts of CAD $50 or less.

Tickets for social events and tours are not refundable, unless cancelled by the organizers.

The congress organizers are not responsible for airfare, hotel, or other costs incurred by participants in the event of program or registration cancellation.
