GROUP REGISTRATION DEADLINE: AUGUST 18, 2008

Group registrations are those in which 10 or more individuals fees are paid for with one check or credit card. No administrative fee is charged to register a group as long as housing is secured through the congress housing bureau, Tourism Montréal. Groups that have not secured housing through the housing bureau may still register as a group. However, a CAD $1,000 administrative fee will be charged. Please click here to register a group.

WHAT IS INCLUDED

The congress registration fee includes admission to all congress sessions other than the teaching courses, admission to the exhibition and welcome reception; lunch (first come, first served) and coffee breaks; final program, abstract book, and delegate bag.


REGISTRATION DOCUMENTATION

Proof of status for allied health professionals and physicians and researchers in training must be received by the congress secretariat no later than September 10. Otherwise the registration will be cancelled and onsite registration required. Registration documentation may be submitted via fax, mail, scan or e-mail.


TEACHING COURSES

Registration for teaching courses is limited to congress registrants. Enrollment is limited. Registration by August 15 is encouraged.
