Guidelines for Group Registration Requests

Group registration is now closed.

Ordering or modifying additional packages or activities

Group registration administrators can purchase additional packages or activities at any time up until September 10, 2008 by contacting the Registration Secretariat at registration@msmontreal.org. Modifications cannot be done by going back to the Group Registration Order form, or in the online individual registration form. These procedures must be followed carefully to avoid double billing or mistakes in the registration orders.

Cancellation policy

Refunds are not available for group registrations. However, name substitutions will be allowed at no charge.

Request for additional activities by members of a group

Each member of the group will receive a confirmation by email, along with a Tours and Social Program Registration Form which will enable them to purchase additional activities, without reverting to the Group Registration Administrator. Payment by credit card will be mandatory upon registration for these activities. Purchase must be done befor September 10, 2008.
